2. Changes to Products & Services Pricing: Above given pricing are low in view of the “Inaugural discount”. Company reserves its right change pricing any time without any prior notice, however revised pricing will not apply to existing members.  The revised pricing shall be made available on the website.

3. Disputes / Jurisdiction: This “Products and Services Pricing” shall be construed and governed by the laws of India. You agree that the courts in Kapurthala, Punjab, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes. Kapurthala is district of Punjab, India, all disputes / differences / controversies of whatever nature, the place of arbitration shall be Kapurthala only. In all cases where “Court” has jurisdiction to entertain, try and dispose of matters governed by and/arising under or taken under any provision shall take/institute such proceedings in an appropriate Court in Kapurthala only. All disputes, differences and controversies shall be filed in and settled exclusively by the Courts in Kapurthala alone.
